When fuel delivery can help
Fuel delivery can provide enough fuel to help a vehicle reach a nearby station when it has run out. It is intended for a fuel shortage, not diagnosis of a vehicle that stalled for another mechanical or electrical reason.
What to tell dispatch
- Exact street location, highway direction, exit, or map pin
- Vehicle year, make, and model
- Required fuel type if known
- Whether the vehicle stopped while driving or would not restart
- Whether warning lights or other symptoms appeared
- Whether the vehicle is safely parked and accessible
Confirm the fuel type
Using the wrong fuel can cause serious damage. Check the fuel door, owner’s manual, or vehicle information and confirm the fuel requirement with dispatch. Do not guess when the fuel type is uncertain.
The vehicle may need more than fuel
If the vehicle does not restart after fuel is added, another issue may be present and towing may be necessary. Zayn Towing does not promise that fuel delivery will correct every stall or no-start condition.
