Frequently asked questions

Flat-tire safety questions

Can I change my tire myself?

Only consider it when you are completely away from moving traffic, the vehicle is on firm and level ground, the required equipment is available, and you can follow the exact instructions in the vehicle owner's manual. If any condition is uncertain, call for help.

What if I have no usable spare?

Do not attempt a roadside tire change. Call Zayn Towing so dispatch can determine whether towing or another service is appropriate.

Should I drive on a flat tire?

This tool cannot evaluate the tire, wheel, remaining pressure, distance, speed, or manufacturer limits, so it does not advise driving on a flat tire. Call for help when the vehicle cannot be moved safely without risking more damage or danger.

When should I call 911?

Call 911 first for smoke, fire, leaking fuel, serious injury, active collision danger, a vehicle in a travel lane, flooding around an EV or hybrid, or another immediate threat.
