Hauling requires specific job information
Equipment and materials vary widely. Dispatch must confirm that the item, weight, dimensions, loading method, securement needs, route, and unloading location fit Zayn Towing’s available equipment and safe operating limits. This page does not make a blanket heavy-duty claim.
Information to provide
- Clear description and photos of the item or load
- Manufacturer, model, and verified weight when available
- Length, width, height, and attachment dimensions
- Whether the equipment runs, rolls, steers, or has brakes
- Available loading and unloading assistance
- Surface, gate, slope, overhead clearance, and turning space
- Complete origin and destination addresses
- Any permits or site requirements known to the customer
Examples must still be confirmed
Small machinery, job-site equipment, landscaping equipment, approved materials, and other loads may be considered only after dispatch reviews their actual specifications. Do not rely on a category name alone—provide the exact item and measurements.
No unsupported heavy-duty promise
Zayn Towing has not authorized a general heavy-duty towing claim. Oversized, overweight, medium-duty, or unusually configured equipment must be evaluated individually and may require another provider.
Prepare both locations
Make sure the pickup and delivery sites can provide legal access, adequate space, stable ground, and an authorized person. Confirm how the equipment will be released and received before transport begins.
